It can be used on muscles & joints, as well as painful abdominal areas caused menstruation. Frankincense oil inspires a reduction of inflammation of muscles & joints, reducing aches & pains while the turmeric powder is also an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, & anti-arthritic.
